Principle:
The instrument applies a constant voltage across the can body and an electrode immersed in the electrolysis filled with water, and measures the resulting current. The voltage during the test is 6.3 VDC.
The operating range is 0 to 300 milliamps with a resolution resolution of 0.1 ma.
The bonnet support consists of a container mounted on a pivot. The cut is beveled to make a tight seal on the canopy of the box. An electrode and the vacuum connection are mounted in the container.
