Overview
Our systems accurately apply the proper amount of glue to the correct places, either to products moving along a conveyor belt (such as cardboard cartons) or to continuous moving webs. An encoder measures the speed of the line. The amount of glue, its application position, and the length of the application are all controlled in relation to this speed.
Feature
- You can freely combine our gluing systems into the configuration that you need, from 1 to 16 channels.
- Each channel can be used in up to 9 different gluing patterns.
- Up to 9 gluing patterns can be stored in memory. These patterns contain information about the length of continuous glue lines or glue dot lines.
- For each channel, you can select hot-melt or cold glue.
- You can use a remote control switch to run checks of the nozzle positions.
